AutoPacific and IntelliChoice.com Announce 2008 Motorist Choice Awards
The Motorist Choice Awards were designed by AutoPacific and IntelliChoice.com to recognize the vehicles that delivered both the highest customer satisfaction and the lowest cost of ownership. With better than expected insurance costs, the Toyota Sequoia scored highest of any vehicle, a position bolstered by its standing as best in ownership costs and best in retained value.

Porsche Top Premium Brand, Ford Top Mainstream Brand, Mercedes-Benz S-Class Top Vehicle, Lincoln Navigator Top Truck An "ideal" is defined as an excellent or perfect example. In the annual Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVA), announced today by automotive research and consulting firm AutoPacific, owners rate their new 2008 model year cars and trucks by how closely they come to their ideal, as measured by 15 key vehicle attributes. The cars or trucks that owners would change the least are the most ideal.

The Automotive Futures Center - Great Research Begins with a Great Facility


The Automotive Futures Center (AFC), specifically designed for custom automotive research, is the world's premiere automotive research facility.

Located in the heart of trend-setting Southern California, just off the I-5 freeway, the AFC is an excellent location for research: great for recruiting, hosting ride & drive events, and offering easy access to major airports, world-class hotels, shopping, dining, entertainment and California's Gold Coast.

The Automotive Futures Center features a showroom with turntable, inside space for up to 8 full-size vehicles, a dedicated focus group room, adjacent viewing room, an outside secure courtyard for viewing vehicles in natural light (and with dealership level lighting in the evenings), and client office space.

The AFC is available for consumer research to all auto manufacturers, distributors, research companies and focus group moderators.



The client viewing room provides space for 12-15 people to comfortably view focus groups from behind the one-way glass. Three row tri-level seating provides for a good view of the focus groups from any seat. Static or dynamic video can be provided, as well as video and audio recordings of the groups.

Directly adjacent to the client viewing room and focus group room sits one of two secure showrooms, with a turntable and space for three vehicles. The Automotive Futures Center now has total indoor showroom space for eight vehicles at a time, in addition to space for eight vehicles in the outdoor secure courtyard area.

The Automotive Futures Center focus group room can accommodate up to 12 participants and is directly accessible to the showroom and turntable via a soundproof roll-up door.
