AutoPacific Survey Panel Amazon Gift Card Sweepstakes Rules

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The AutoPacific “Survey Panel Amazon Gift Card” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by AutoPacific, Inc., 6285 E. Spring St. #289, Long Beach, CA 90808 (the “Sponsor”) and administered by AutoPacific, Inc., 6285 E. Spring St. #289, Long Beach, CA 90808 (the “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America (excluding residents of Florida & New York) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority, whichever is older, in their respective states of permanent residence at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). Employees, officers and representatives of the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing, and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void in Florida, New York, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. (For the avoidance of doubt, any references in these Rules to Entrants shall also include the Entrants who are deemed the Winners (as defined below)).

WAYS TO ENTER: To be eligible for entry, persons must complete all survey questions and opt into the sweepstakes by indicating “yes” and providing a valid email address when prompted within the survey.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email on or before the date listed on the survey invitation email, which is no more than 60 days after the beginning of the survey. One (1) $50 Amazon gift card will be awarded. Sweepstakes winners will be chosen at random using an online randomizer. Three (3) sweepstakes winners will be drawn, with the first winner being notified by email and given 14 days in which to respond in acceptance of the prize. If the first drawn winner does not respond in the time allotted, the second chosen winner will be notified and given 14 days in which to respond in acceptance of the prize, followed by the third drawn winner, if necessary. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card to be emailed to the accepting recipient in e-gift card form.

The Sweepstakes is open to AutoPacific panel members who are legal residents of the U.S. as of the date of entry through the awarding of the prize. Employees of AutoPacific Inc., and members of their families living in the same household, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and their immediate families, and their respective advertising, promotion, and production agencies, are not eligible to enter. One entry per person; duplicate and/or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to abide by these rules, and agree to release AutoPacific Inc., the program sponsor, and its/their respective parents, subsidiaries, employees, brokers, distributors, dealers, retailers, affiliates, and its/their respective advertising, promotion, and production agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained through participation in this promotion and/or use or misuse of a prize once accepted. By accepting the prize, each winner grants to AutoPacific the right to use his or her name, hometown, biographical information, and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

No cash substitutions, transfers, or assignments of prizes allowed, except by Sponsor in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to all matters related to this Sweepstakes shall be final.

Survey responses are confidential and will be used only in anonymous, statistical summaries. Participants will not be asked to buy anything based on participation, and personally identifiable information will not be shared with any third party. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Sponsor and its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective advertising, promotion or production agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to play or participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. If for any reason (including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes) the online portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
